The information and services provided by AutoPipeline are for business marketing and inventory listing purposes only. By using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. AutoPipeline is not affiliated with Facebook, Meta, Facebook Marketplace, or any vehicle manufacturer.
 

AutoPipeline provides assistance with posting vehicle inventory to Facebook Marketplace and related marketing services. While we aim to improve inventory visibility and sales opportunities, we do not guarantee vehicle sales, lead volume, account growth, or specific business results.
 

Clients are responsible for ensuring all vehicle information, pricing, photos, descriptions, and dealership details provided to AutoPipeline are accurate and lawful.

Terms & Conditions

1. Services Provided
 

AutoPipeline provides services that may include:
 

  • Facebook Marketplace vehicle posting

  • Inventory marketing assistance

  • Vehicle listing management

  • Marketplace exposure services

  • Communication support related to inventory postings
     

Services may change or improve over time without prior notice.

2. Facebook Account Access
 

To perform our services, clients may be required to provide access to their Facebook account, Facebook Business Page, Marketplace account, or related login credentials.
 

By providing access, the client authorizes AutoPipeline to:
 

  • Access the account strictly for Marketplace posting purposes

  • Create, edit, and manage vehicle listings

  • Upload vehicle photos and descriptions provided by the client

  • Respond only to Marketplace-related activity when authorized
     

AutoPipeline agrees that:
 

  • We will not intentionally access unrelated personal messages, photos, private information, or non-business content

  • We will not change passwords, security settings, or ownership permissions without authorization

  • We will not sell, share, or misuse client login information

  • We will only use account access for agreed business services
     

Clients understand that Facebook/Meta may change Marketplace rules, restrict accounts, suspend listings, or limit posting activity at any time, and AutoPipeline is not responsible for those platform decisions.

3. Client Responsibilities
 

Clients agree to:
 

  • Provide accurate inventory information

  • Maintain ownership or authorization to market listed vehicles

  • Keep login information updated when necessary

  • Inform AutoPipeline of any account restrictions or security concerns

  • Follow Facebook Marketplace and Meta policies
     

Clients are fully responsible for all information submitted for posting.

4. No Guarantee of Sales
 

AutoPipeline does not guarantee:
 

  • Vehicle sales

  • Lead generation amounts

  • Customer responses

  • Marketplace visibility

  • Account growth

  • Revenue increases
     

Results may vary depending on inventory quality, pricing, market conditions, dealership reputation, and Facebook Marketplace activity.

5. Privacy & Confidentiality
 

AutoPipeline respects client privacy and agrees to keep login credentials and business information confidential.
 

We will take reasonable steps to protect account information, but clients understand that internet-based services cannot guarantee complete security.
 

Clients should remove AutoPipeline account access after services end if desired.

6. Limitation of Liability
 

AutoPipeline shall not be held liable for:
 

  • Facebook account restrictions or bans

  • Marketplace listing removals

  • Loss of leads or sales

  • Business interruptions

  • Data loss caused by third-party platforms

  • Unauthorized access caused by weak passwords or client-side security issues
     

Our total liability for any claim related to services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for services within the previous 30 days.

7. Payments & Refunds
 

Payment terms will be agreed upon before services begin.
 

Unless otherwise stated in writing:
 

  • Payments are non-refundable once services have started

  • Missed or late payments may result in paused services

  • AutoPipeline reserves the right to cancel services for non-payment

8. Termination
 

Either party may terminate services at any time.
 

Upon termination:
 

  • AutoPipeline will stop posting activity

  • Clients may remove account access immediately

  • Outstanding balances remain due
     

AutoPipeline reserves the right to refuse or terminate service for abusive behavior, fraudulent activity, or violations of platform policies.

9. Intellectual Property
 

All AutoPipeline branding, graphics, systems, workflows, and marketing methods remain the property of AutoPipeline unless otherwise agreed in writing.
 

Client vehicle photos, dealership logos, and inventory information remain the property of the client.

10. Changes to Terms
 

AutoPipeline may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after updates means the client accepts the revised terms.
